Don't bet too much. The system isn't designed for scanners, it is for radios specifically designed and built to work on them. Your scanner is built to monitor a wider range of frequencies in more modes and at a cheaper price. The trade off is that it doesn't work as well as the purpose built...

The numbering system allows for 100 possible talkgroups per town. New Milford is tax town 096 so you could simply program all 100 groups from 19600 to 19699. I have never logged any of those groups on Troop L Site (or any other site).
