The main difference to me, is the P322 is more accurate. I get pretty significantly smaller groups with the P322. Ammo sensitive, cleaning it is a PITA! 10 round mag. P322 - trigger and accuracy not as good as the 22/45 but it’s not ammo sensitive and 20 or 25 round mags. I now only have the 22/45 and 322.

I have a TX22 Competition, it was a little picky on ammo at first, only liked CCI Standard Velocity. After breaking it in, it will run anything flawlessly, and feels good in the hand. My son has a P322 and does not like it because of FTF and FTE issues.
